Dr. Barbara Singer is a graduate of the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine; she is board certified in Family Practice and Holistic Medicine. Her special interests are osteopathic manipulative therapy, womenís health, natural hormone replacement, metabolic disorders and fatigue.

As a Lifestyle Educator, Shannon has trained and worked alongside of Integrative Doctors of Osteopath, Registered Nurse/Naturopath, and Chiropractors to assist their patients in the healing process. It is her belief that foundation of healing lies within the choices we make on an everyday basis- in between seeing our doctor and taking our medications and supplements, what are we doing? Balancing our food choices, sleep, stress, and activity levels, we can give the body the best opportunity to heal.
Shannon has extensive experience in weight loss resistance and gut dysfunction and often utilizes protocols for detoxification, thyroid, and mind/mood disorders, among others.

David is the creator of Namaste Counseling & Consultation, LCC and a Gestalt trained psychotherapist. He was the director of clinical development and outpatient clinical supervisor for a specialized eating disorder center for 12 years prior to opening his current practice. In 2017 David completed a two-year, international, post-graduate training in Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy, a type of Gestalt Therapy. Addictions and chemical dependency have been a special focus of Davidís work for the past 20 years. David consults as a supervisor and trainer with different agencies locally and internationally. He believes that compassion and awareness are powerful guides to change.
